Along with the pecan pie.. my daughter wanted cookies for her.. her love for cookies especially chocolate chip,m&m are crazy and when I said double chocolate chip cookie.. she was like ππΌππΌ
And my son got busy helping me whisking the mixture and arranging the sheets on the tray to set them in oven..
then I thought alright let me bake simultaneously.. if pie don’t turn out well then let me balance my broken heart with cookie ππ but lucky me for the day..!!! Both came out well. π€© so there is a π©βπ³ in me..! Not bad π
Now straight to the recipe.! No more π£π€.!
Ingredients
All purpose flour -1 cup
Brown sugar-3/4 cup
Baking powder-1/4 tsp
Salt-1/3 tsp
Vanilla essence -1/2 tsp
Coco powder-2tbsp
Chocolate chips -1/4 cup
Butter-1/4 cup
Eggs-3
Method:
Preheat oven at 180c
Then grease a cookie tray with baking sheet and keep it aside.!
Then in a bowl add eggs and butter and brown sugar and whisk well.
Then to it add vanilla essence and then add the salt, baking powder and coco powder and blend it well without lumps.
Then slowly add all purpose flour and keep whisking it manually.
And to it add the chocolate chips
And mix the mixture well and then with an ice cream scoop tool just scoop the mixure and place it on tray leaving space between each cookie dough..
And bake them for 20 mins
And hot cookies are ready to eat .
They are crispy and the chocolate chip are gooey too..
These are not chewy cookies and not hard either.
For chewy version you can add some chocolate syrup to this mixture and trust me they turn out very well too. I have tried.!
