Here is the new batch of cookies
DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
WHITE CHOCOLATE & BUTTERSCOTCH CHIP COOKIES
Both the recipes are different.!
DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIE:
In a bowl add 3/4 cup of brown sugar, to it add 1 tsp of vanilla essence,1/2tsp of baking powder,2 eggs, a pinch of salt ,3oz of butter and whisk them well together without lumps. Then add the Lindt milk chocolate pieces(1/4cup) and 1/3 cup of chocolate chips (dark) and mix . Then add 2cups of all purpose flour and kneed well and seal the vessel or the dough with cling wrap and refrigerate and take it out after an hour and thaw it for a while before baking.
Preheat oven at 375f and then place the cookie dough on a cookie sheet and bake for 20mins. Allow it to cool and enjoy with warm milk.
I added marshmallows on top of it and also some more chocolate chip..
WHITE CHOCOLATE & BUTTERSCOTCH CHIP COOKIE
In a bowl just add the same amount of ingredients as mentioned in the double chocolate cookies and then while adding flour make them into 1 1/2 cup instead of 2 and then add 1/2 cup of almond flour to it and knead well. Here I added white chocolate chip and butterscotch chip instead of chocolate chip. Then cover and refrigerate and then the same baking procedure as above.
Enjoy the buttery chunky chocolate crispy chewy cookies.!
