Pesarattu is an Andhra dish which is the speciality of the place. A spicy lentil dosa blended with chilies and whole green moong dal.
I dint make this with the routine ingredient.. I just varied it a little with these ⬇️

Soak overnight 1 cup of Green moong dal (green whole lentil) along with 3/4 th cup of Raw rice and 3 tsp of fenugreek seeds.
Then grind them into batter by adding 5 to 6 green chilies, 1 tsp of asafetida,salt,1/2 tsp of turmeric, 1 tbsp of coconut, 1/2 piece of ginger .
Once the batter is ready add finely chopped coriander leaves, 2 tsp of cumin seeds and 1 tbsp of flax seeds and an arch of curry leaves & mix them well.
Make it on dosa pan drizzle with some ghee or oil.. and you get crispy green moong dal dosa/ pesarattu ready.!
Serve them hot with chutneys/sambar/idly podi /pickle/ butter.!
