Cantaloupe sorbet



Lemon juice

Sugar-1/4 cup

Water-1/2 cup

Mint leaves


Scoop the seeds of cantaloupe and then peel the skin and dice the pulp out and place them in a tray and freeze them over night.

On the other side. Make the sugar syrup by addling sugar to the water and allow it to boil for 5 minutes and add some mint leaves for flavor. Set them aside over night in refrigerator .

Next day in a food processor or a blender add the frozen cantaloupes and the prepared sugar syrup and some lemon juice and blend it well.. and the tasty natural fruit cantaloupe sorbet is ready to serve for dessert and enjoy the taste of the real quick and easy sorbet at home.!
