An interesting and quick low carb recipe again with some cauliflower and cheese..
Easy to grab and go..
You can have this for breakfast too..
Ingredients
Shredded cauliflower-1 cup
Chopped broccoli-1/2 cup
Spinach-1/2 cup
Egg-2(optional)
Paneer-1/4 cup
Paprika powder-1 tsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Onion powder-1/2 tsp
Garlic powder-1/2 tsp
Dried oregano-1/2 tsp
Dried parsley-1/2 tsp
Mexican shredded cheese-1/2 cup
Method
Preheat oven at 375F
Boil shredded cauliflower in microwave for 4 mins..
And in a bowl mix all the above ingredients together..
In a muffin tray.. place muffin cups and fill it with the mixed mixture and top it with some more cheese..
Bake for 10mins
Serve warm..
