STRAWBERRY CRACKER MUFFINS:

1.Preheat oven at 375f

2. In a bowl add 1 egg, 1/4 cup of white sugar , 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 1/4 cup of butter and beat well.

3.Then to it add 1 tsp of vanilla essence , 1/2 tsp of icecream essence , 1tsp baking soda,1tsp baking powder , 1/2 tsp of salt and mix well.

4. To it add 2 pieces of graham Crackers and strawberry fruit pieces(chopped)

5. Add 1/2 cup of Almond flour, 1 & 1/2 cup of All purpose flour.

6. Mix well by adding 3 tbsp of Heavy cream.

7. Add the muffin cups to the tray and add the batter to it , sliced strawberries on top and bake for 25 mins .

8. Delicious muffins are ready.
