Lunch post

Hey all, lunch platter for the day.!

I was in a mood to have a healthy food. Wanted at least two items to be healthy.

As I have mentioned in my earlier post, I wanted to have kootu for a long time so had an opportunity to make it today, accompanied with couple of items which is healthy and interesting.

Today on my plate 👇🏽

1. Brown rice

2. Chow chow kootu

3. Beetroot curry

4. Chickpea, Green peas & Raw mango sundal

5. Chow chow thol thogayal

I have recipes posted for everything above.!

NOTE:

If you want you can replace brown rice with normal rice or basmati.
