Apple spice tea

Ingredients

Apple-1/4 piece chopped

Ginger-1/4 grated

Cinnamon-1

Star anise -1

Pepper corns-5

Any tea bag-1 (I used chamomile)

Honey(optional)

Lime-1/4 squeezed

Method:

In a sauce pan add 1 cup of water and add the grated ginger,chopped apple,cinnamon,star anise,pepper corns and allow them to boil..

then after 5 mins switch off the flame add tea bag and lime juice and close it with the lid. Let it sit for couple of mins and then serve hot.!

Such a warm spiced tea with little bit of sweetness for a beautiful cold climate..!a mood changer and goto go with a nice filling breakfast.
