Ingredients
Veg-onions,tomato,capsicum,potato
1 cup
Spinach-1/2 cup
(Optional)-sweet potato,squash,pumpkin
Masoor dal-(red lentil)- 1 cup
Ginger-1/4 piece chopped
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Chili powder -1/2 tsp
Salt-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Pepper powder-1/4 tsp
Cumin powder-1/4 tsp
Lemon -1/2
Coconut milk / cream-1tbsp
Coriander leavesKale(optional)
Tempering:
Cumin-1/4tsp
Peppercorn-5
Method:
Toss in everything in pressure cooker except coconut milk and lemon and pressure cook with four whistles.
Once pressure is released add the coconut milk. Then add lemon juice and garnish with cumin and pepper corn.
If kale is there. Toss them while garnishing and add it to dal
And spinach can be skipped.
