INGREDIENTS
Cantaloupe-1/4 cup
Banana-1
Strawberry-1/2 cup
Almond milk-3oz
Chia seeds-1 tsp
Yoghurt-1/4 cup(optional)
Melon seeds-1 tsp
Vanilla essence-1 tsp
METHOD:
Blend in banana,cantaloupe and then along with almond milk,chia,vanilla essence and melon seeds.. make a puree..
Purée strawberries..
Now later them by adding strawberry purée and then the cantaloupe.. then some yoghurt and then the balance strawberry purée and then garnish with melon seeds and chia..
Any fruits can be added as ur choice and then even the garnishing
Yoghurt gives a hint of sour taste and can be replaced with coconut cream too..
