Blueberry green smoothie

Ingredients

Blueberry-1/2 cup

Coconut milk-1/2 cup

Grated coconuts-1tbsp

Spinach-1/4 cup

Kale-1/4 cup

Chia seeds-1tsp

Honey/agave/sugar/dates(optional)

Vanilla yoghurt-1tbsp

Monday mornings..!!

Kicking start with some greens and antioxidants rich blueberries..! Let’s start a healthy morning routine for a week that’s ahead.!

METHOD:

Blueberry green smoothie.!

Blueberries blended with baby spinach,kale,coconut milk and grated coconut,chia seeds and some vanilla yoghurt..thats garnished with grated coconut and blueberry.!

Taste of fresh fruits are always the best..! When in season enjoy and relish it.!
