It’s a quick and easy recipe..not a big difference from any of the paneer dish..
Just adding in some fresh mint leaves gives a wonderful taste..
Very well and easy to go not only with rice or roti..but with dosa and parota too.!
Ingredients:
Paneer-1 cup
Onion-1
Capsicum-1
Tomato-2
Mint leaves -1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
Turmeric-1/4tsp
Red chili powder -1/2 tsp
Salt as needed
Coriander powder-1tsp
Cumin powder-1tsp
Garam masala powder-1tsp
Coriander leaves
Lemon-1/2
Chaat masala(optional if you don’t use lemon juice)
Butter-1/3 cup
Method:
In a pan add butter..then the onions and ginger garlic paste.
Sauté them for couple of minutes and then add the capsicum and tomatoes and then to it add turmeric,salt, red chili powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder and cover it with lid and cook for 10 mins.
Then add freshly chopped mint leaves and the diced paneer and then cook for 5 more mins.
Then drizzle with coriander leaves and lemon juice and serve hot.
