And this comes to the rescue when we don’t cook.
These kind of podi’s are easy to make and with sufficient quantity and very helpful on certain situations
Ingredients
Curry leaves-1 cup
Urud dal-2 tbsp
Chana dal-1 tsp
Pepper corns-1/2tsp
Asafetida-1/4tsp
Desiccated coconut-2tbsp
Sesame oil-1/2tsp
Ghee-1/4 tsp
Method
Dry the curry leaves on high on microwave for 2 mins..
If you get dried curry leaves.. you can use that and it gives equal taste.
Then in a pan mix sesame oil and ghee and add the listed spices..
Along with desiccated coconut and curry leaves..
allow them to cool and then grind it into a powder..
Store in an airtight container..
