Paneer fingers

So again am with a quickie recipe..!

Not too much of work to do with this one.

The paneer fingers are on the healthy corner with out deep frying them.

All we need to do is

1. Cut paneer in finger size .

2. In a pan add 1 tsp of olive oil /butter / ghee (choice is yours)

3. Add 1 tsp of sesame seeds, 4 to 5 pieces of pecan nuts and the paneer

4. Toss them well by adding salt and red chili powder and mix in a tsp of kasuri methi leaves (dried fenugreek leaves)

5. Toss for a minute and then serve hot.

I do a lot of variations by adding some italian spices as well as Indian spices so do what is comfortable for you and according to your taste and needs..

Enjoy this healthy food as a snack or starter or as a meal too. Trust me it’s going to fill your tummy.. and satisfy your taste buds.!
