Simple steps and it’s completely low carb and vegan friendly.!

Just beat two eggs in a bowl and keep it aside. Then to 3 tbsp of almond meal (flour) add some salt, 1/2 tsp of paprika powder(or red chili) , 1/2 tsp of pepper powder , 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder,1/4 tsp of garlic powder,1/2 tsp of onion powder and blend well.
Slice in avocados and dip them in egg and then dip in on almond flour mix and sauté it in 2 tbsp of olive oil.
Serve with mayonnaise or ranch dip.. or even mint dip..

Even can be made without egg. By making almond flour as batter and do the dipping.
