Avarakai curry : (Broad beans curry)

1. Chop Avarakai and add salt and boil for 10 mins.

2. In a pan add 1 tbsp of oil and to it add 3/4th tsp mustard , 1 tsp urud dal , 1tsp cumin and sauté well. Then add chopped onions, 3 pods of chopped garlic and toss together.

3. Add 1/2 tsp of turmeric, salt for onions alone (as we already added for broad beans) and 2tsp of red chili powder and 1 tsp of coriander powder.. cook for 3mins.

4. Add the boiled veggie and then cook for 5 mins.

Remove from flame and serve hot with rice..
