This is Keto friendly and definitely a low carb dish..

I have sautéd it with mushrooms and Brussels sprouts and the last touch is with DARK CHOCOLATE..

Quite crazy right but yes it was yummy.!

Method:
1. In a pan add 2 tbsp of olive oil, to it add 2 tbsp of chopped walnuts and 2 tbsp of chopped pecan nuts.

2. To it add chopped onions and sliced green bell peppers. Then add 1 tsp of garlic powder. Sauté for a minute and then add 1/2 tsp of turmeric and salt and cook for two more mins.

3. Add sliced mushrooms & boiled Brussels sprouts and to it add Dry ginger powder (3/4 tsp) , 3/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp pepper powder. Cover with lid and cook for 3 mins.

4. Then add canned black beans and add 1 tsp of garam masala powder and cook for 4 mins and add 1 tbsp of kasuri methi to it.
.
5. Add grated Dark chocolate to it. And then add 2 oz of butter and let it sit for 2 mins and blend and then serve them hot with chilled Avocados..
