A Keto friendly, low carb and gluten free recipe..
It is SPINACH MUSHROOM & CHEESE PIE
Here we go with the method and I would have mentioned the measurements along with step by step process.!
1. Preheat oven to 375f
2. In a bowl whisk 4 eggs, 1/2 cup of grated mozzarella / four cheese, salt, 1 tsp of pepper powder, 1 tsp of onion powder, 3/4th tsp garlic powder, 1tsp of paprika powder,1tbsp Philadelphia cream cheese, 2 tbsp Almond flour, 2tbsp Coconut flour, 3/4 cup diced mushrooms, 1 & 1/2 cup blanched spinach, 2tsp olive oil and whisk everything together well..
3. Grease a baking pan or pie pan with olive oil or butter and add the mixture to it. Then add 1 egg to the same bowl along with 2 tbsp of heavy cream and beat well. Add that to the mixture and fill the top with grated cheese (1/2 cup) and then top with with jalapeño’s and dried basil herb.
4. Bake it for 30 mins. And a delicious and healthy meal is ready to serve.!
