So on the demand of my daughter.. who’s a cheese lover + fried item junkist.! 😅 holiday favors for these kind..
When mommy is sick they prefer to make me do more work..
So lemme go on to the recipe method here.!
1. Pressure cook three potatoes and cool down and mash them well.
2. To the potato’s add 1tbsp green chili paste /or finely chop green chilies and add them. Then add 1tsp pepper powder,salt,and finely chopped coriander powder , 3 tbsp of grated mozzarella cheese. Mix well and to it add 1 tsp of olive oil.
3. Then in a cup mix 2 tbsp of corn flour with water.. and keep bread crumbs ready in a plate. (I used store bought Parmesan bread crumbs.
4. Make dumpling out of the potato mixture. You can also stuff in some more cheese (like cube cheese) in between the potato mixture and then dip in corn flour paste and roll in crumbs and deep fry them.
Please do add what ever ingredients you want to add to your cheese balls. Like chaat masala, garam masala, ginger, some corns or veggies.
I kept it subtle as coz of my kids choice.
You can make it as patties or cutlets and bake them too.. or shallow fry them to avoid deep frying.
