Chinese Paneer Manchurian (Gravy)

Chinese paneer Manchurian gravy.!

1. Chop the spring onions, separate greens from it and hold it aside.

2. Dice green bell pepper and orange bell pepper.

3. In a pan add 2 tbsp of olive oil, to it add the chopped onions, 1tbsp minced garlic and sauté for 5 mins on medium.

4. Then to it add the bell peppers and salt, and 2 tbsp green chili sauce.

5. Then add 1tsp pepper powder and 2 tbsp of tomato sauce and 1 tbsp of soy sauce.

6. Add some water and cover it with lid and cook for 7 mins.

7. Add 1 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette and then finger sized paneer pieces.

8. Add the spring onion greens to it. Cook for 3 more mins.

9. Garnish with the balance greens and serve hot as starter or with naan or fried rice.
