Malai Paneer Tikka (Pan style)

TAWA Malai Paneer Tikka:

1. Dice 1 onion (big) , 2 medium sized tomatoes, 1/2 green bell pepper,1 cup of Paneer (cottage cheese) and add them to a vessel.

2. Start the marination by adding 1 cup of heavy cream , 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp green chili paste, salt, 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, 1 tsp fennel powder , 1/3 tsp cardamom powder, pinch of chaat masala, 1 tsp kitchen king masala powder (or garam masala powder) and mix everything together and let it sit for 10 mins.

3. In a pan add 3 oz (2& 1/2 tbsp of butter) and add the marinated items and sauté on high to medium for 10 mins without burning it. Do add 2 tsp of kasuri methi.

4. Serve them as starters or with rice or pulav or rotis.

NOTE:

•Cheese is an option. You can skip it.

•If you have skewers soak them in water for 30 mins and arrange the veggies and paneer and do the same thing in TAWA too.

• You can also add cashew powder. As my heavy cream is thick I don’t need to do it. So do what suits you. Can also fry cashews along with it.
