Capsicum and cabbage poriyal

Cabbage-1 cup

Capsicum-1/2 cup

Onion-1

Mustard-1/4tsp

Urud dal-1/2tsp

Salt-2tsp

Asafetida-1/4tsp

Green chili-1 small

Coconut-2tbsp

Ghee-1tsp

Method:

Boil the cabbage in microwave.

In a pan add ghee. Then add mustard,urud dal and then green chili.

Then add onion and capsicum to it.

Then add salt and the sauté for 5 minutes. And then add the boiled cabbage to it.

Then to it add grated coconut and remove from flame and the poriyal is ready to eat.
