Ingredients
Sabudana-1 cup
Potato’s – 2 nos
Green chili-1
Ginger-1/4 piece
Corn flour-2tsp
Salt
Oil-for frying
Method:
Soak sabudana in water for atleast 2 hours.
Then drain it well and add it to the bowl and add all the ingredients mentioned above and mix it well.
Make them into round patty size and deep fry them in oil..
Hot sabudana vada is ready to serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce..!
