Bread vada/cutlet

Ingredients

Bread-4 slices

Rice flour-2tsp

Sooji/rawa-1tsp

Onion-1

Grated carrot-(optional)

Green chili-1

Yoghurt-1tbsp

Pepper powder-1/4 tsp

Turmeric-1/4 tsp

Cumin-1/4 tsp

Coriander leaves/curry leaves

Oil- deep fry

Method:

In a bowl add the above mentioned ingredients and mix well and make a dough..

Then flatten them into cutlet or vada shape and deep fry them and serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce or sour cream. Anything of your taste.

A perfect snack for the evening.. delicious and filling too.!
