Ingredients
Eggs-6
Broccoli-1 cup
Onion-1 big
Green chili-1
Full cream-1/4 cup
Milk -1/4 cup
Cheese grated -2tbsp
Pepper powder-1/3tsp
Salt-1/4 tsp
Dried parsley-1/4 tsp
Dried oregano-1/4 tsp
Method:
Preheat oven at 400f .
Then in a bowl add the eggs and chopped broccoli ,onion and chili and mix well adding salt.
Then mix them well and add pepper powder and grated cheese to it and add them to the muffins tray and bake it for 20 minutes.
Now the baked muffins are ready.. very delicious and flavorful muffins.. healthy and for people who focuses on their diet can take it. And even spinach and tomatoes can be added to this..
