For a change wanted to have smoothie for breakfast..! So thought of making something healthy..!!! And easy to make it too.! If you don’t like beetroot please feel free to skip it and go ahead with berries alone. Or add strawberry as main fruit along with the frozen berries.!
Ingredients
1 cup cooked beetroot
1 banana
1/4 cup frozen berries
1tbsp oats
1/2tsp chia seeds
1/2tsp flax seeds
1/4 cup blueberry yoghurt
(Normal yoghurt can be used/ coconut water for vegans)
1/2 tsp grated coconut
3 pitted dates
1/4 tsp pumpkin seeds( optional)
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
Dash of cinnamon powder
Method:
Blend them all together in high mode and enjoy a healthy delicious smoothie.!!!
