Bhel puri

Ingredients

Onion-1

Tomato-1

Cucumber-1/2

Potato-1(boiled)

Puri’s-6 to 7 pieces

Puffed rice-1 1/2 cup

Sev-1/2 cup

Red chili powder-1/2 tsp

Salt-1/2 tsp

Coriander powder -1/4 tsp

Cumin-1/4 tsp

Tomato and garlic paste-1/2 tsp

Coriander leaves

Lemon-1/2

Chips(optional) a handsful crushed

Method:

Toss in everything into a bowl.. mix and garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice..

If needed add some more puffed rice and sev for crispness..

Such a simple and quick evening snack..

Which is delicious and mouth watering tea time munchie.!

I had with filter coffee.!
