Paneer paratha

Ingredients for stuffing

Paneer grated -1 cup

Green chili-1

Red chili powder-1/2tsp

Ajwain(carom seeds)-1/4 tsp

Coriander leaves

Salt-1/2 tsp

For dough

Wheat flour-1 cup

Oil-1tsp

Warm water-1/4 cup

Salt -1/4 tsp

Method:

Prepare the dough and keep aside.

In a bowl add in the ingredients under stuffing.

And mix well and roll the dough and stuff in and roll it again as Roti’s.

Toss the paratha with ghee or butter.

Such a tasty dish accompanied with thick curd and pickle.. or any sidedish..!
