Ingredients
Avocado-1
Mint leaves-1/4 cup
Dill leaves -2tbsp
Spinach -1/4 cup
Onion-1/2 piece
Garlic -2 cloves
Lemon juice-1/4 cup
Pepper powder-1/2tsp
Olive oil-2tbsp
Coconut milk-1tbsp
Method:
In a blender add all the above ingredients and blend on high.
And serve this healthy and tasty dip for any fritters or fries.. or can even eat as it is..!
Or thin the texture by adding more milk or water or even olive oil and use it as salad dressing.
Mint can be substituted with basil leaves.
