Ingredients
Cabbage-1/4 cup
Lettuce-1/4 cup
Tomato-1
Carrot-1
Onion-1
Kale-1/4 cup
Brussels sprouts-1/4 cup
Chickpea- a can(small)
Sweet potato-1
Capsicum-1/4 cup
Cucumber-1/4cup
Dill leaves
Italian seasoning
Dried cranberries-a little
Pumpkin seeds-1/2 tsp
Paprika powder-1/4 tsp
Lemon juice-1/2 tsp
Chat masala-1/4tsp(optional)
Homemade creamy salad dressing-2tbsp

Method:
Boil carrot,sweet potato.
Toss in all the vegies diced and shredded and add in chick pea to it.. add the spices mentioned above and the dressing and toss everything together.
Squeeze lemon and garnish with italian seasoning and dill leaves.!
Healthy and a delicious salad is ready to go.!
Paneer fritters/ Cottage cheese fritters:
Ingredients
Cottage cheese-1/2 cup(finger sized)
Yoghurt-1 tbsp
Chili powder-1tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Chaat masala-1/4tsp
Turmeric-1/4tsp
Salt as needed
Method:
Mix in everything and add the Cottage cheese and let it remain for 15 mins.
Allow it to marinate.
And then shallow fry or sauté them and serve hot with dips.
