Ingredients
Mushrooms-1 cup
Yellow bell pepper-1/2 cup
Green bell pepper-1/2 cup
Onion -1 big
Frozen peas-1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
Turmeric-1/4 tsp
Chili powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Dill leaves- little
Salt as needed
Ghee-2tbsp
Method:
Dice onions,yellow bell pepper,green bell pepper,mushrooms. In a pan add ghee and toss in some onions,ginger garlic paste..sauté well and add frozen peas,turmeric,salt and red chili powder.then after couple of minutes add the bell peppers and add coriander powder,garam masala powder and add mushrooms..
Sprinkle some water and cover it with lid and cook for 5 to 7 mins. Then squeeze in some lemon juice and garnish with some dill leaves.. it gives such a good taste and flavor to the dish. If it’s not available add coriander leaves.!
