Masala cheese roti

Mushrooms & Peas capsicum subzi

Strawberry fruit custard(Dessert)

Masala cheese roti:


Atta-1 cup

Warm water-1/4 cup

Turmeric-1/4 tsp

Red chili powder-1/2tsp

Salt as needed

Coriander powder -1 tsp

Pav bhaji masala powder-1/2 tsp

Chaat masala-1/4 tsp

Kasuri methi-1tsp

Cheese grated-3/4 cup


In a bowl add warm water,ghee,turmeric,red chili powder,salt, and all the above masalas and the atta and knead the dough well.

Then roll them out and add cheese in-between and make a pocket square shape and roll them again..

Toss in tawa and apply ghee and serve hot with subzi..!

Strawberry fruit custard:

Mix custard powder 1/2 tsp in 1 1/2 cup of milk and then in a sauce pan add 1 cup of milk and full cream -1/4 cup and sugar -2 oz and then stir well and bring it boil and then add the custard milk paste to it.. add a pinch of saffron and cardamom powder. And chop in some strawberry fruits and mix with custards and top with strawberry pieces and strawberry syrup(optional) refrigerate them.

Then serve chill for dessert.!
