Frozen banana -1
Cucumber-1/2
Spinach-1 cup or handful
Kale-1/4 cup
Chia seeds-2tsp
Pitted dates-3
Coconut water-1 cup
Ginger-1/4 piece
Lemon-1/2
METHOD:
In a blender add all the above ingredients and blend then on high and the super smooth and creamy smoothie is ready for u to gulp 🤤😁
