Raw mango-1 cup
Sesame oil-1 tbsp
Red chili powder-1tsp
Salt as needed
Cut mango into pieces and add salt to it.
In a pan add oil,mustard and switch off the flame.
Add fenugreek seeds,turmeric,asafetida,chili powder and add them on top of mango and toss well.
And a best accompaniment for yoghurt rice.. such a delicious combination.!
