Green bell pepper-1/4 cup
Yellow bell pepper-1/4 cup
Sweet corn-1/4 cup
Grated cheese -1 cup
Paprika powder-1/2 tsp
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Italian seasoning-1/4 tsp
Salt as needed
In a bowl mix mayonnaise,cream cheese and grated four cheese and keep aside.
In a pan add olive oil.. and toss all the vegies and add the above mentioned seasonings and herbs and salt.
And to this add chopped dill leaves.
Then add the mixed cheese. And blend well. Need to toss them but it should not get cooked. Should be still crunchy.
Preheat oven at 180c
In a baking pan.. grease them with butter and then add the veggies.. then top it with cheese sheets.
Bake them for 20 to 25 minutes.
And serve them hot.. a delicious and gooey baked veggies with double layered cheese is ready to go with the warm butternut squash soup and bread sticks..!
