I am not an expert to analyze and add or combine fruits.. I just wanted to try out this combination so I did.. and honestly it tasted good..
but while adding the jalapeño peppers please don’t be so generous as they are peppers and will be very hot and spoil the smoothie.
Ingredients
Mango-1
Orange-1
Jalapeño – a slice
Coconut water-1/2 cup
Maple syrup-1 tsp
Optional: homemade protein powder/chia/vanilla protein powder.
Method:
Blend all of it together and enjoy your smoothie with a sharp taste of pepper..!
