It’s a vegan and gluten free tea.. or can call it as chai latte.!
Honestly I was not able to feel the taste of orange as turmeric and other spice items dominated the taste .. reason being vegan and gluten free I dint add essence of orange. But you can try out by adding orange zest.
Trust me the milk won’t curdle or taste bitter.
Ingredients:
Coconut milk-1/2 cup
Turmeric-1/4tsp
Orange juice-1/2 orange
Cinnamon-1/2 stick
Star anise-1
Cardamom-2
Tea powder-1 1/2tsp or tea bag(1 nos)
Dry ginger powder-1tsp
Nutmeg-a dash
Maple syrup-1 tsp
Or brown sugar-1tsp
Method:
In a saucepan add coconut milk..(cook on a low flame)
Add maple syrup,turmeric,tea powder,spices and orange juice..
When it foams.. strain and have it hot..!
