Sev tamate shaak

A very quick and an easy sidedish..

It’s a Gujarati dish made with tomatoes and drizzled at last with sev(savory made with chickpea flour/gramflour)

You can make this in a jiffy and they are well to go with roti,thepla,rice..

Ingredients:

Tomatoes-3

Oil-2tsp

Mustard-1/2tsp

Cumin-1tsp

Fenugreek seeds-1/4tsp

Red chili-1

Turmeric-1/2tsp

Red chili powder-1/2tsp

Coriander powder-1tsp

Asafetida-1/2tsp

Salt as needed

Sev-1/4 cup

Coriander leaves

Method

In a pan add oil.. to it add red chili,mustard,cumin,fenugreek seeds and then finely chopped tomatoes.

Then add asafetida,salt,turmeric,red chili and coriander powder..

Add 1/2 cup of water if needed and then sauté for 5 mins..

Add chopped coriander leaves and drizzle with sev on top before you serve..
