Pachai mor kuzhambu

(Raw mor kuzhambu)

We all would have made mor kuzhambu which is made out of thick curd and by diluting it and adding some spice to it.. and bring to a foam level on stove. But this one is just plain. And you don’t have to cook on stove. Just a simple and 5 mins recipe.!

I personally loved the taste and it was great with hot rice.

INGREDIENTS :

Curd – 2 cups

Water -1/2 cup

Rock salt – as needed

Lady’s finger -5 to 6 piece

Curry leaves – an arch

Oil-1 tsp

Ghee-1 tsp

Mustard-1/2 tsp

Cumin-1/2 tsp

TO ROAST AND GRIND:

Urud dal-2 tsp

Red chilies -4

Pepper corn -1 tsp

Fenugreek-1/2 tsp

Coriander seeds-1 1/2 tsp

Cumin-1 tsp

METHODOLOGY: ⬇️

1. Whisk the curd adding salt . And bring the water to room temperature or lukewarm it and add to the curd mixture.

2. Dry roast all the items under roast and grind and powder it.

3. Sauté ladysfinger in oil adding salt to it and fry them.

4. Add the veggie, grounded powder to the whisked curd and mix all. Add curry leaves to it and finish off with tempering ..

The aromatic pacha mor kuzhambu is ready.!
