Potato fry: ⬇️

Boil potatoes in pressure cooker with two whistles.
Peel the skin and cut them into smaller size or how ever you desire the size to be.
In a pan add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp mustard and 1 tsp urud dal. And an arch of curry leaves .
Add the boiled potatoes and to it add 1 tsp asafetida, salt as needed, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp red chilie powder and Toss them well on high and be careful that you don’t burn them.
Serve hot with rice (rasam/sambar/ curd rice 🤤)
