Salted Pretzel butter scotch cookies


It was so tasty, chewy and crispy cookies with a hint of salt flavor which has enhanced the whole cookies taste very well.

Method ⬇️

1. Preheat oven at 375f/180c.

2. In a bowl add 3oz of butter by bringing it to room temperature and to it add 2tsp of vanilla essence and 1 egg.

3. Whisk them together and add 1/2 cup of dark brown sugar and 1/4 cup of fine white sugar and blend them well.

4. Add 1/2 tsp of kosher salt and add 1 cup of broken salted pretzel and 2tbsp of butterscotch chip.

5. Then I added three peanut butter snickers chocolate which can be chopped. (You can add chocolate chunks or chocolate chip)

6. Then add 1tbsp of peanut butter. Whisk every thing together well.

7. Now add 2 cups of all purpose flour and 1tsp of baking powder.

8. Now prepare the cookie tray with parchment sheet and using cookie scooper place the cookies on the sheet and sprinkle some more pretzel,butterscotch chip and little bit of salt on top and bake for just 10 to 12 mins.

9. This gives you a crispy base,well baked cookies but which are chewy too..

Trust me guys this one was soooo scrumptious and yummy.!
