EGG & COCONUT FLOUR PAN PIZZA

Yes this one is very healthy and easy to make .. you don’t have to work with oven.! No baking. Just do it on pan.

Quick method ⬇️

1. In a bowl whisk 5 eggs,3 tbsp of four cheese,salt,1 tsp of pepper ,1 tsp of paprika powder,1/2 cup of coconut flour,1/4 cup of heavy cream,1 tsp of onion powder. Blend them together along with 3 tsp of olive oil.

2. Meanwhile in a pan add 1 tsp of olive oil and to it add sliced onions, bell peppers, mushrooms (veggies of your choice). To it add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of chili powder , 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of pizza seasoning and 1/2 tsp of Kasuri methi.. toss them well together..

3. Then add 1 tsp of balsamic vinaigrette and 1 tsp of cooking red wine and toss well. Once the topping is ready keep it aside.

4. Then on the same pan add the egg and coconut mixture and cover it with lid and cook on medium flame. After 3 mins you can see them being fluffy and cooked . Now spread the veggie topping and drizzle more cheese and add some dried basil,oregano and Italian seasoning. Cover with lid again and cook for further 3 mins .

5. Just transfer the fluffy pizza to the plate without flipping and enjoy eating it hot with some cream dip or pesto or sauce.!
