Blueberry Walnut Banana Bread


Getting so addicted to banana bread.. When I find bananas getting ripen in my kitchen counter .. I nowadays grab them to make these as batches..

One is I learnt to make it well.

Second is they are delicious 🤤

So this isn’t difficult and I loved adding some more ingredients to this than the usual banana bread.

As we all know how healthy blueberries and walnuts are.. taking in this way tickles the tastes buds too.


1. Preheat oven at 400f and grease the bread pan with coconut oil/butter/olive oil.

2. In a bowl whisk 2 eggs, 3 tbsp of butter , 2 tsp of sunflower oil.

3. To it add 1/2 cup of brown sugar & 1/2 cup of white sugar. (Substitute with honey or vegan people can try maple syrup and it works wonder with my experience. )

4. Then to it add 1 tsp of vanilla essence, 1/2 cup of blueberry fruit, 2 mashed bananas and blend them. Then add 1 tsp of cinnamon powder, 1tsp of baking soda, 1/2 tsp of kosher salt/pink salt.

5. Then to it I added 1/4 cup of broken walnuts..

6. Then add 1 & 1/2 cup of all purpose flour & 3/4th cup of Almond flour..

7. Whisk everything well and pour them to the greased bread pan..

8. Bake for 1 hour and allow it to cool down say it 10 mins (keep it out of oven) and slice them and enjoy it for your breakfast or dessert. Trust me this is so filling and delicious.. the aroma was sooo inviting. .

Comes for our rescue anytime when we are hungry 😅🤭
