FOR CRUST:

1. In a bowl add yeast (1pkt) to it add lukewarm water and 1/4 tsp sugar and mix. Then add 1 tbsp of olive oil and to it add 1tsp of garlic powder and rosemary herb and mix.

2. Now add 2 cups of wheat flour & 1 cup of all purpose flour and salt for taste and knead the dough well by adding some more water if needed.

3. Add or sprinkle some flour if it’s needed and then don’t forget to add some more olive oil (say a tsp) and knead well and it has to be in elastic consistency.

4. Now cover the dough with muslin cloth or tissue and keep it in cool place or dark place for 45 mins so the dough will raise for the yeast to work.

5. Preheat oven at 400f

FOR SAUCE AND TOPPINGS:

1. In a pan add chopped onions , garlic powder, paprika powder and salt and some tomato sauce and cook for 5 mins . Add in some oregano and rosemary herb and keep them aside( my way of making sauce as my kid is choosy)

2. For topping again I just used only mozzarella cheese and onions and bell pepper as she prefers only cheese pizza. So I sliced onions, green bell peppers sautéed them in olive oil adding salt and garlic powder and topped the pizza with some cheese with Italian seasoning.

3. So now going to the process I rolled the raised dough with rolling pin and made a decent shape and spreaded the pizza base with the prepared sauce, some grated cheese, sautéed veggies, Italian seasonings and oregano, and covered with some more cheese.

4. Baked for 30 mins and am all done with these yum and cheese pizza. For thin crust roll the dough thin and do your own variations.!
