Ladysfinger BellPepper curry

Ladysfinger Orange Bellpepper Curry:

1. Chop ladysfinger and orange bell pepper and also one big tomato.

2. Drizzle some water and cook ladysfinger in microwave. Or if you don’t consider that cooking method as healthy please suit yourself with regular fry.

3. In a pan add 2 tbsp of oil, 3/4 th tsp of mustard , 1 tsp of urud dal. To it add chopped tomato and bell pepper and to it add 1/2tsp of turmeric powder, salt, 1tbsp red chili powder, 1 tsp of asafetida powder, 1tsp of onion powder.

(you can skip if you don’t have or not wanting to add)

4. Sauté for three mins and then add the ladysfinger and toss well together and keep cooking for 5 to 7 mins.

Serve hot with rice.!
