Paneer tikka on kadai

Ingredients:

Paneer-1 cup cubed

Onion-1

Tomato-1

Capsicum-1/2

Yoghurt-1/2 cup

Turmeric-1/4 tsp

Chili powder-1/2tsp

Salt-3/4 tsp

Coriander powder-1/2tsp

Garam masala powder-1/2tsp

Chaat masala powder-1/4tsp

Kasuri methi(optional)

Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp

Method:

In a vessel or bowl add yoghurt,all the powder ingredients and mix well.

To this add the cubed onion,tomato,capsicum,paneer and mix and marinate for 10minutes.

In a pan add 2tbsp of oil/ghee and add the marinated item to it.. and keep on medium flame and sauté.

Lemon can also be added atlast for the zesty flavour.!
