Mango vellapachadi

Ingredients

Mangoes-2

Jaggery powder-3 tbsp

Water-1/2 cup

Elachi powder-1/3 tsp

Rice flour-1/4 tsp(if needed to thicken)

Method:

Generally people will make manga or raw mango pachadi..I love this mango flavor as well so tried it and trust me you will like it 😀

In a vessel add jaggery powder mixed with water then once it starts to heat up add the diced mangoes and then allow it to boil for 5 to 7 mins.

Then to thicken the consistency add the rice flour paste and then the cardamom powder to it.

Delicious pachadi is ready to serve.

I prefer the chilled version. So I store it in refrigerator and eat it 😬

Tempering can be done with ghee and mustard seeds.

That’s a choice but I dint do it.
