Coconut chutney

Ingredients

Coconut-1/2 cup

Gram dal-1 tsp (potukadalai)

Green chili-1

Salt as needed

To temper:

Oil-1tsp

Mustard-1/4tsp

Curry leaves

Method:

In a blender add coconut,gram dal,green chili and salt and blend them together into a coarse texture and temper it with mustard and curry leaves..

A healthy,tasty and a wonderful white chutney is ready to go with idly,dosa,uttapam..!
