Coriander leaves-1/2 bunch
Coconut-3tbsp
Ginger-1/4 piece
Green chili -1
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Salt as needed
Oil-1/2tsp
Method:
A technique to get the raw flavor of the coriander out is to sauté it before blending and to sustain the green color just got to add turmeric powder to it.
So here we go:
In a pan add oil and saute the washed coriander leaves for a min.
Then in blender add the leaves,coconut,green chili,ginger,turmeric powder and salt and little water and blend them into a smooth paste and the greenish yummy chutney is ready to go very well with idly,dosa,uttapam,and can also be used as spread for bread sandwich.!
