Toasted coconut milkshake


Banana-1 (preferably frozen)

Grated coconut-1/2 cup

Coconut milk-3/4 cup

Pitted dates-3

Chia seeds-1tsp

Coconut cream-1/4 cup

Whipped cream- a scoop

Lemon extract- a drop


Toss the grated coconut in pan and sauté it for a minute.

And in blender add frozen banana,coconut milk,toasted coconuts,pitted dates,chia seeds,coconut cream,a drop of lemon extract..and blend well on high.!

Top it up with ice cream or whip cream and a little of toasted coconut..!

A delicious and a creamy coconut shake is ready to drool with .!
